• Calendar Data: Events for scheduling assistance (read-only).
• Drive Data: Document metadata for search and reference (read-only).
• Conversations: Chat history for memory and personalization.
• Usage Data: Interaction patterns for service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide personalized AI assistance, build your user profile, generate email summaries and task suggestions, and maintain conversation memory across sessions.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely on EU-based servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted token storage, access controls, and regular security audits.

5. Third-Party Services

• Delete any memory item or your entire profile.
• Revoke Google permissions at any time.
• Request complete account and data deletion.
• Export your data in machine-readable format.

9. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
